Safari costs for hotel accommodation in Tanzania
This is one of the most important factors that determine the cost of your safari to Tanzania. Note that the quality of accommodation you choose in your itinerary will greatly affect the cost of your safari. There are different types of accommodations and they are divided into three categories namely the budget accommodations which are usually used by budget travellers, the mid-range accommodations and the luxury accommodations which are used by tourists who, all in all, make up for it to have the best on a safari.
Basic Accommodation Facilities Basic accommodation
facilities are best to use, especially when a person is traveling on a budget. There are private tents that you can sleep in and these are located at the recommended campsite close to the tour destinations. All groceries are provided and facilities include washrooms and bathrooms. Some of the basic facilities have no electricity and use solar power, but if there is no solar power, a bonfire will be set up.
The Mid-Range Accommodations
The mid-range accommodation facilities have both tented camps and lodges. The tented camps are either permanent or semi-permanent and are built from local materials. Tent camps can accommodate more than 20 people compared to lodges and also provide quality services, for example, the food is better than basic, the rooms have private washrooms, they are spacious and you also get a firm bed. The lodges, on the other hand, are also made from local materials and offer private bathrooms, the food comes from the restaurant and their facilities are far better than the basic facilities.
