Day 1: Tarangire National Park

Today your safari adventure begins! We pick you up from your hotel in or around Arusha. During the 2,5 hour drive you will enjoy the view of the beautiful nature, landscapes and local communities. We’ll do a full day game drive in Tarangire which is famous for its large numbers of elephants, baobab trees and tree climbing African Pythons. At the end of the day we go to your booked Accommodation.

Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park

Today we will go to Lake Manyara. This park is known for its breath taking panoramic views, waterfalls, babbling brooks with clear water and hot springs. We do a game drive in Lake Manyara all day and if you like to walk you can also book a 2 hour walking safari. On foot you can enjoy giraffes, buffalos and other animals from a good distance. In the afternoon we drive back to your booked accommodation where we spend the night.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park

On day three we will head towards the Serengeti. After a few hour drive we will arrive at the Serengeti gate. After lunch we do a game drive all afternoon in this beautiful park. The Serengeti is known for its endless plains of savannah and forest landscapes. The park is famous for the migration involving about 1.5 million herbivores and followers.

At the end of the day we arrive at Africa Safari Ikoma. Located between Serengeti Seronera, Grumeti and Ikorongo Game Reserves the location is perfect for exploring the Serengeti. It’s the perfect retreat for a relaxing moment watching birdlife or a herd of impala grazing quietly around the camp area or rather just relax while listening to the sounds of the African bush.

Day 4: Ikona Wildlife Management Area

The next day we will start the day with a game drive in the Ikona Wildlife Management Area. This area supports a variety of wildlife across 242 square kilometres of pristine wilderness including herds of elephant, waterbuck, Black and White
colobus monkeys, shy leopard and both the Greater and the Lesser Kudu. In the afternoon we will explore the area by foot with a ranger (walking safari) which will end with a sundowner. A unique experience! You spend another night at Africa Safari Ikoma.

Day 5: Serengeti to Ngorongoro

The fifth day we spend one more day in Serengeti and late afternoon we head to Ngorongoro conservation area.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater

Today we wake up early in the morning and after breakfast we will drive into the amazing Ngorongoro crater. The Ngorongoro crater is the largest intact crater in the world. The crater life estimated 30,000 large mammals. Due to its natural borders, there is an abundance of wildlife throughout the conservation area which is home to the Big Five including the African Black Rhino as well as hyena, zebra and elephants to name a few. In the afternoon we drive back to Arusha where we arrive before dinner.

Day 7: Zanzibar - Stone Town

When you arrive on Zanzibar our local staff will pick you up from the airport and bring you to the hotel. The first night you stay at Shaba Boutique Hotel which is located in a beautiful and characteristic building in the heart of the old centre of Stone Town. In the afternoon and/or the next morning you can explore Stone Town. Walk through the narrow streets and capture the feeling of the old colonial Arabic Architecture. You can visit former slave market, the Anglican Cathedral, the House of Wonders or the old Arab fort.

Day 8-10: Relaxing days at the beach

The next day we will bring you to the beautiful Reef & Beach Resort which is located on the South-eastern coast of Zanzibar. Reef & Beach resort is a spacious holiday complex by the sea with over 600 metres of sea front. The beaches are pristine and the ocean is clear blue. It’s closely located to the reef and there is always a fresh breeze from the Indian Ocean, where you will be surrounded by the best service possible, in perfect harmony with nature. You can enjoy three nights at this beautiful resort on all-inclusive basis.

Day 11: Zanzibar

This is the last day of your holiday! You can enjoy your last stroll on the white sandy beaches or get the last tanning from the tropical sun. Today we will pick you up from the Reef & Beach Resort and bring you to the airport ready for your flight back home.
